Comprehensive service guidelines, technical compliance standards, customer responsibilities, and warranties for our electrical contracting services.

Terms of Use & Service Conditions

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our informational resources or engaging electrical services including consumer unit replacement, AFDD and RCD installation, circuit additions, and aluminum wiring modernizations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website, requesting quotes, or scheduling electrical contracting work with Voltiquejari, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these legal terms. If you disagree with any portion of these provisions, you must discontinue the use of this website immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered clients, residential property owners, and commercial facility managers utilizing our documentation and service consultation channels.

2. Scope of Services

Voltiquejari provides specialized electrical engineering and contracting services, including but not limited to:

  • Consumer unit upgrades and main service panel replacements.
  • Arc Fault Detection Device (AFDD) and Residual Current Device (RCD) integrations.
  • Safe replacement and remediation of obsolete aluminum branch wiring.
  • Dedicated branch circuit extensions for modern high-load domestic appliances and vehicle charging setups.

All preliminary project estimates provided online or electronically are subject to technical on-site verification of main bonding, earthing conductors, and existing electrical load calculations.

3. Standards & Technical Regulations

All works executed by our certified technicians comply rigorously with prevailing national electrical installation safety standards and municipal building codes. Prior to hand-over, all modified installations undergo strict verification, including insulation resistance testing, loop impedance diagnostics, and residual current trip time verification.

Appropriate electrical installation certificates and compliance documentation are issued to property owners upon completion of testing protocols.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe execution of service panel upgrades and wiring replacements, the client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to main panels, meter enclosures, and cable pathways.
  • Disclose all known prior alterations, uncertified modifications, and historical electrical faults.
  • Authorize necessary temporary electrical supply disconnections required for safe working procedures.

5. Warranties & Workmanship Guarantees

Voltiquejari warrants that all labor and newly installed components comply with manufacturer specifications and regulatory safety benchmarks. Hardware components such as miniature circuit breakers (MCBs), surge protective devices (SPDs), and consumer units carry their respective manufacturer warranties.

Workmanship guarantees are void in cases of unauthorized third-party tampering, overloading beyond rated circuit capacities, or accidental external physical damage.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voltiquejari shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from historical wiring degradation, pre-existing concealed insulation failure within building fabric, or external grid voltage fluctuations outside the control of our installed protection systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All informational guides, technical diagrams, calculation formats, and written materials displayed on this website are the proprietary property of Voltiquejari and are protected under copyright laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continuous utilization of our website and services following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
